We approach website design from the viewpoint of the user, not the supplier. A website must be attractive, functional, and easy to navigate. Bells and whistles are not added unless they contribute in a significant manner. Download time must be fast - no one will wait 60 seconds to see what your website looks like. Page sizes are kept small and focused for this reason.
